📱 How to Delete from App

Open Profile Settings

Tap on your Profile tab, then tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.

💡 Make sure you're logged into the correct account

Find "Delete Account"

Scroll down to the bottom of Settings. Tap on "Delete Account" option.

⚠️ This option is below "Logout" - don't confuse the two

Confirm Deletion

Enter your password/OTP for verification. Read the warnings carefully. Tap "Permanently Delete Account".

🔒 This is for your security to prevent accidental deletion

Deletion Complete

Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You'll receive a confirmation email.

⏱️ You have 7 days to cancel by logging back in. After 7 days, deletion is irreversible.

📋 What Happens to Your Data?

Immediate: Profile hidden from other users
Within 7 days: Option to cancel by reactivating account
After 7 days: Account permanently closed, no recovery possible
Within 30 days: All personal data erased from our servers
Legal retention: Some data may be kept longer if required by law
